Solution after high frequency ignition:

      1. the die head of the high frequency machine has four balanced large screws, the four adjustment mold and cutting will have plate balance.
      2. each time the new mold needs to adjust the high frequency machine to adjust the current size of the coadjuster to the minimum, and then slowly adjust to the appropriate scale, can be used normally.

      3. The insulation material of the high frequency mold has been damaged or aged, please replace it. If you can't replace it yourself, you can ask our company to replace it.
      4. please order the same thickness of the material, and ensure that the material is not dirty.
      5. the material is not suitable for the production of high frequency machine welding, there are some more easily conductive materials to see if we can find more suitable for high frequency machine materials.
