High frequency heat sealing machine Material selection:

    The first choice is to determine whether the material is suitable for high-frequency welding (it must contain more than 10% PVC), whether the high-frequency connection is correct (make sure the high-frequency output is normal) whether the welding time and pressure settings are reasonable (set according to the type of material and thickness); whether the mold design is reasonable ( To ensure that the pressure can be well transmitted to the welding surface) whether the temperature setting is reasonable.

 

Causes and troubleshooting of high-frequency heat sealing machine failure:  

1. Turn on the power, you can hear the slight sound from the power transformer of the high-frequency heat sealing machine, touch the automatic micro switch, the solenoid valve can be closed, open the cover, and found that the tube filament is reddish, and the measured voltage is lower than the normal voltage. It is judged that the load may be disconnected from the slight sound. Measure the high-voltage rectifier circuit. There are two high-voltage rectifier silicon particles that have broken down. Use two silicon particles with a withstand voltage of 20KV. After replacement, the high-frequency machine can be heat-sealed and produced normally, that is, troubleshooting.

2. The high-frequency heat sealing machine is turned on and the power light is on. The heat sealing solenoid valve can be closed, but it cannot be closed. The high-voltage rectifier circuit is normal when the cover is opened. The filter inductance is normal. The brightness of the tube filament is normal. The fault location is concentrated on the resistance-capacitance oscillation circuit. If the grid resistance is normal when the power is cut off and the two high-voltage oscillation capacitors are measured, there is leakage phenomenon, indicating that the oscillation condition is destroyed, the capacitor is broken down, and high-frequency electric field cannot be generated. After replacing the withstand voltage capacitor, the high-frequency heat sealing machine is normal, that is, the fault is eliminated .

3. The electron tube of the high frequency heat sealing machine does not light up, please change the electron tube.

4. The resistance of the high frequency heat sealing machine is broken down, please change the resistance.
